“Shiroi Kifujin” was born in Kumamoto and has long been loved as a cheesecake specialty brand.
In recent years, we have focused on frozen cheesecakes for online sales, but now we are once again bringing you our freshly baked soufflé cheesecake.
Staying true to our original method, we carefully whip fine meringue and gently steam-bake the batter to recreate the fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth texture.
